Description:
As an LPN /RN, you will be responsible for providing quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to meet the varied needs of our residents/patients.- The LPN/RN is responsible for initial data collection on all residents.
- The LPN/RN is responsible for utilizing the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties.
- Implementing person driven care plans as developed by nurse management.
Qualifications:
- Current MN Nurse licensure , in good standing.
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
- Clinical experience preferred.

- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity

Qualifications:
- Must have completed a state approved CNA Program
- Passed the state approved CNA competency exam
- 64 hours completing the 7 modules of Health Care Core, 40 hours of lab instruction and 24 hours of supervised practical training with a live person in a lab or other setting
